PROCESS FLOW
The whole PCB recycling machine adopts a 2-stage-crushing step to get mixed metal and resin powder. And then it separates metal and resin powder via air flow and high voltage electrostatic separator● The circuit board is sent to the shredding and crushing machine by the conveyor.
● Shred the circuit board to 3-5 cm and then fall directly into the crusher.
