* Function Introduction: This project is designed to use the shredder system to operate in the oxygen-poor state (with real-time flame monitoring alarms and equipped with nitrogen fire extinguishing system and equipped with an explosion relief valve). Considering the safety of rough crushing and high-temperature cracking of charged lithium batteries, it realizes fast in and out of materials; the feeding system can be set up to automatically feed materials at regular intervals, equipped with real-time monitor of oxygen content. (When the oxygen content of the crushing chamber is lower than the preset value, the belt conveyor machine starts, lower than the preset value, the belt conveyor machine crushes the chamber, and the torn crushed material falls into the screw conveyor. (When the oxygen content is higher than the preset value will automatically close the upper plug valve, stop feeding).
* Working principle: lithium battery special shredder, hydraulic station and other equipment to start, shredding cavity filled with nitrogen. Oxygen content in the shredding chamber reaches the control value, and the belt conveyor starts to feed the material. Timing feeding, open the plug valve, the material into the shredding cavity shredding, shredded materials fall into the screw conveyor. When the oxygen content exceeds the preset value, close the upper plug valve. The center plug valve opens for a certain length of time and then closes, after this valve closes completely, the upper plug valve opens for the second feeding. The shredded material is cooled down by screw mixing and goes directly to the next process equipment.
